I had a great experience with the folks at Richey’s Automotive. I had an issue with my jeep that another shop could not diagnose, and Chris and team were able to determine the issue and then repaired it for a very fair price. They also suggested in a non-pushy way additional work that will save a costly repair down the road. It is very apparent that Richey’s Automotive is a true repair facility and not just a parts replacement shop. I highly recommend

I will always take my vehicles to Richey’s. All the staff are professional, supportive, and trustworthy. My transmission was failing. They gave me all the options and what I could expect if I chose that option. They replaced my transmission and they found another issue and fixed it. They could have left the damaged part and it would have cost a lot to fix it. Then they did not charge me labor for the extra. After I took my car home, there was a small leak of coolant and I drove it back on Monday. The owner Chris had an appointment out of town. He stayed an extra thirty minutes to look at my car. He is a true professional. Very patient and kind. My car is fixed and I am so lucky I took my car here.
